    Fast and delicious. Can't ask for anything more. Well worth the trip from Northern Kentucky to just eat there. Really wish we had a Zaxby's in Northern Kentucky. Love their boneless wings and BBQ sauce.

    Take the high schooler off of the front cash register please... “I asked do you have anymore chocolate chip cookies???” The answer: “Nahhhhh”. “Well if we make some more it’s gone’ take 7 minutes... nah I’m good no thank you... then dude just acted he like he just didn’t wanna be at work, you don’t wanna be there then go home.

    slow service, After 45 minutes I gave up and left. Update, I figured I would give them another chance they are close to my house, service is still super, super slow a salad took 30 minutes. I counted more people working than actually customers and they still could not produce a salad.... Thought I would give them another try this location sucks employees have no clue what's on the menu.

    First time going. Really good for fast food. Full of flavor and you can easily eat healthy here .

    I really enjoy the food at Zaxby's which is why I have given the one closest to my house (Carowinds/hwy 21 - across from Burger King) several tries. The food for the most part is always good. The problem at this location is they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. This is not a knee jerk review based on a single visit. It is a systemic, consistent problem. The young people in there are not at all friendly and much more interested in what's going on behind the counter than the person standing at the counter. There is no friendly greeting, no suggestive selling or even apparent mastery of menu to guide a person who's never been there, no smile and thank you when transaction is complete. It's very disappointing and while I may eat at Zaxby's in the future I will most likely not return to this location.
